A Little Bit About Me...

Gerald C. (Jerry) Kane is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.  Prof Kane is a recent recipient of a CAREER Award from the National Science Foundation, the Foundation's "most prestigious award in support of junior faculty who exemplify the role of teacher-scholars through outstanding research, excellent education and the integration of education and research within the context of the mission of their organizations."  His published research has appeared in Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Organization Science, Harvard Business Review, DATABASE, Journal of Database Management, and Information & Management.   Dr. Kane received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
